Beer lovers I have read an article claiming that marinating in beer reduces the risk of cancer. It is one of the scourges of human existence, which touches every family that I know of. The concept being that the known antioxidants in beer would offset the carcinogens form barbequing (that black crap from burning the meat). If this claim is true, it would be a happy convergence of beer and health.
